Admission Process

Step 1: Registration

Registration forms will be available at Administrative Office at School Campus.

The Registration Form can also be downloaded from the school’s website.

The registration fee is not refundable and non adjustable under any circumstances. The acceptance the registration form and fee does not guarantee admission to the candidate.

Photocopies of following documents should be submitted along with the registration form:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Copy of last report card dully attested
  • For Classes above Nursery will require T.C/S.LC of a recognized School
Step 2: Shortlisting of Candidates

Verification of Registration Forms will be done by the Admission Office. Shortlisted candidates along with date and time of admission test will be displayed on School Notice Board. The same will be also communicated by mail wherever mail id provided.

Admission Test will be held at School campus. There is no admission test for Play, Nursery & PP classes.

Step 3: Admission

List of Shortlisted candidates will be displayed on School Notice Board and sent by mail wherever mail id provided. Parents/Guardians need to get admission formalities completed within the allotted time lot which will be part of admission notice.


**In select cases based on specific request telephonic communication on admission may be provided school discretion for outstation candidates where email id not available with parents/guardians.


At the time of admission following documents are required:

  • Admission Form dully filled and completed
  • 6 passport size photographs of child
  • Undertaking signed by the parent
  • Photocopy ID, Original Mark sheet of the last examination passed/dully attested
  • Original Birth certificate from the municipal corporation
  • S.LC/T.C of the school last attended (Recognized or affiliated).
  • Medical Fitness certificate from a Registered Medical Practioner or pediatrics in prescribed format.

Fee Collection Rules

1. Parents have the option to deposit the fees for any number of months in advance. But they must deposit fees as per following schedules:

Fee Counter Timings: Mon-Fri: 09:00 AM to 02:00 PM

Sat: : 09:00 AM to 11:30 AM

2. Last date for acceptance of School fees is 10th of the month.

3. Late fee deposit fine Rs. 50.00 will be charged with the fee of the month up to 20th of the month.

4. Fee will not be accepted after 20th of the month.

5. Arrears of the fee of the last month will be accepted up to 10th of the next month with a fine of Rs. 100.00 only.

6. Name of the defaulter will be struck off the rolls after non payment of the fee for two months as per the rules given above without any further intimation to the concerned.

7. Re-Admission may be accepted on payment of Admission fee with the permission of the Principal

8. Arrears will be accepted with the Re-Admission fee plus fine of Rs. 500.00 along with the fee of the current month.
